At ZodiTalk, we strive to provide the best astrology consultation experience. This policy outlines our terms for returns, refunds, and cancellations.

1. Cancellation Policy
For Scheduled Consultations:
  • Free Cancellation: Up to 2 hours before the scheduled consultation
  • 50% Refund: Cancellation between 30 minutes to 2 hours before consultation
  • No Refund: Cancellation within 30 minutes of scheduled time
  • No-Show: No refund if you don't join the consultation within 10 minutes of scheduled time
For Instant Consultations:
  • Cancellation allowed before connecting with the astrologer
  • Once connected, consultation charges apply
  • If astrologer doesn't respond within 5 minutes, full refund will be processed
For Digital Products:
  • Horoscope reports: Cancellation allowed before report generation
  • Kundli services: Cancellation allowed before processing begins
  • Once delivered, digital products cannot be cancelled
2. Refund Policy
Eligible for Full Refund:
  • Technical issues preventing consultation completion
  • Astrologer unavailability without prior notice
  • Service not delivered as promised
  • Duplicate charges or payment errors
  • Consultation cancelled by ZodiTalk
Eligible for Partial Refund:
  • Consultation interrupted due to technical issues (prorated based on time)
  • Late cancellations as per cancellation policy
  • Unsatisfactory service quality (case-by-case basis)
Not Eligible for Refund:
  • Change of mind after consultation completion
  • Disagreement with astrological predictions or advice
  • Personal circumstances preventing consultation attendance
  • Network issues from user's end
  • Consultations completed successfully
3. Wallet & Credits Policy
  • Wallet Balance: Non-refundable, can be used for future consultations
  • Promotional Credits: Non-transferable and non-refundable
  • Bonus Credits: Cannot be withdrawn, only used for services
  • Expiry: Wallet balance expires after 1 year of inactivity
4. Refund Process
How to Request a Refund:

  2. Provide your order/consultation ID
  3. Explain the reason for refund request
  4. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
Refund Timeline:
  • Wallet Refund: Instant (for eligible cases)
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • UPI: 1-3 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
5. Return Policy for Physical Products

For gemstones, yantras, or other spiritual items:

  • Return Window: 7 days from delivery
  • Condition: Unused, original packaging, with certificate
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility unless item is defective
  • Inspection: Items inspected upon return before refund processing
  • Refund: Original payment method, minus shipping charges
Non-Returnable Physical Items:
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Blessed or energized spiritual items
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items without original packaging or certificate
6. Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with our refund decision:

  1. Escalate to our senior support team
  2. Provide additional documentation if required
  3. We'll review the case within 5-7 business days
  4. Final decision will be communicated via email
