ZodiTalk is primarily a digital astrology consultation platform. Most of our services are delivered digitally and do not require physical shipping:

  • Digital horoscope reports
  • Kundli and birth chart analysis
  • Personalized predictions and guidance
  • Digital remedies and suggestions
Physical Products (If Applicable)

For any physical products such as gemstones, yantras, or spiritual items that may be recommended by our astrologers:

Shipping Information:
  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping Time: 3-7 business days within India
  • International Shipping: 7-15 business days (where available)
  • Shipping Charges: Calculated based on location and product weight
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹999

Returns Policy
Digital Services:

Due to the nature of digital astrology consultations and reports, returns are generally not applicable. However, if you're unsatisfied with the service quality, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the consultation.

Physical Products:
  • Return Window: 7 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging
  • Return Shipping: Customer bears return shipping costs unless the item is defective
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Personalized or customized spiritual items
  • Gemstones that have been energized or blessed
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Digital products and consultations
How to Initiate a Return

  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective physical product:

  • Provide photos of the damaged item
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping will be covered by ZodiTalk
